Founded in Odense by four students of Game Development and Learning Technology at SDU. The company was registered in the Danish Central Business Register on 30 July 2022 as AverageGamesStudio I/S, an interessentskab (i/s) — danish general partnership, and works from Odense M.

Making games taught us the parts of shipping that are easy to underestimate: store pages, certification checklists, rating applications, translation passes, the calendar around a storefront festival. That is the work our publishing programme takes off a developer’s desk, and it is the work we describe on the services page.

What we say about our track record

The titles listed on this site are our own and co-developed work, with the role we played stated on each one and a link to its storefront listing so you can check it. Our publishing programme for external developers is open, and we do not claim a catalogue of partner titles we have not published. We name no studio as a partner without its permission, we publish no deal count, and we publish no revenue or player figures — those would be claims nobody could verify.

Two things we deliberately do not do

We do not offer any financial product. A publishing advance is commercial consideration under a publishing agreement, financed from our own capital and recouped from a title’s revenue — not a loan, deposit, security or investment, and no return is offered to anyone.

We do not represent that any platform holder has approved a title in advance. We prepare and file submissions to storefronts and consoles and manage certification; approval belongs to the platform holder, and age ratings belong to the rating board in each territory.
